You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• No illegal, abusive, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• No spamming, unsolicited messaging or breach of WhatsApp/Meta policies.
• No reverse engineering, scraping our platform or bypassing rate limits.
• No infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights.

Paid plans renew automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

MS Solutions India and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the platform, including all software, trademarks and content. You retain ownership of your data.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS Solutions India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
