Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be delighted with MS Solutions India. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued, and how to cancel a subscription.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription, provided usage is reasonable and complies with our Terms of Service.
2. Non-refundable items
- Custom onboarding, implementation or migration services.
- Add-on credits (WhatsApp messages, AI usage, lead credits) once consumed.
- Renewals after the initial 7-day window.
- Annual plans after 30 days of activation.
3. How to request a refund
Email billing@mssolutions.in from the email on your account with your order ID and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle; you will not be charged again.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost all billing issues directly and faster than your bank can.
