Shipping & Delivery Policy

MS Solutions India delivers software-as-a-service (SaaS) products digitally. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when you receive access after purchase.
1. Digital delivery
Upon successful payment, your account is provisioned within 15 minutes. Login credentials and a getting-started guide are sent to your registered email.
2. Onboarding & setup
For Pro and Enterprise plans, our onboarding team will schedule a kickoff call within 2 business days to help with setup, data migration and team training.
3. Service activation issues
If you do not receive access within 1 hour of payment, please email support@mssolutions.in with your order ID. We resolve activation issues on priority.
4. Geographic availability
Our products are accessible worldwide via the internet. Some features such as WhatsApp messaging and payment gateways may have regional restrictions.
